A graduate of Indiana University and the IU McKinney School of Law, Carol’s professional experience includes working in the non-profit, private, and public sectors, most recently as Chair of the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission during the Pence administration.

An avid volunteer, Carol has served various local nonprofits including Project Home Indy, Paws and Think, ICAN, and St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. She also assisted former First Lady Karen Pence as a member of the Governor’s Residence Commission. Carol is honored to be a part of the Hummingbird Charitable Foundation and looks forward to its positive impact on the lives of Indiana’s citizens.
